About El-Salam Oil Spill Response Center
El-Salam Oil Spill Response Center is one of the key environmental facilities in the Red Sea region. Located in Sharm El-Sheikh, it covers the area from Taba to Ras Gara. Established in 2003 with support from the European Union, the center is a cornerstone of Egypt’s rapid response system to marine pollution, ensuring protection of the Red Sea and promoting sustainable development.
